Refund policy
At MindYOU°, we put real work into everything we create. Every ebook, guide, and digital resource is built to actually help — not just fill your downloads folder. That said, we want to be upfront about how returns and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Please read this policy before completing your purchase. By buying from us, you're agreeing to the terms below.
Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadable Resources)
All digital products sold through MindYOU° are non-refundable by default. Here's why: the moment a digital file is accessed or downloaded, we have no way of "taking it back" — unlike a physical product you can pop in the post. It's the nature of digital goods.
This is standard across the industry, but we don't hide behind fine print. We'd rather just be honest with you upfront.
That said, we're not heartless. If something went wrong on our end, we will always make it right.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement file in the following situations:
- Technical failure — Your file didn't download correctly or is corrupted and unreadable
- Non-delivery — You completed payment but never received your product
- Wrong item sent — You were charged for one product but received another
- Duplicate charge — You were accidentally billed more than once for the same order
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll resolve it quickly.
When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
We're unable to process refunds in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product
- You feel the content didn't meet your personal expectations
- You didn't read or use the product
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake (but reach out — we may be able to help)
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
We do our best to make every product page as clear and detailed as possible — including what's inside, who it's for, and what you'll get out of it — so you can make a confident decision before you buy.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we ever expand into physical merchandise, a separate returns process will apply. Physical items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a physical product that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Refund or Get Support
If you believe you're eligible for a refund or you've run into a technical issue, here's what to do:

- Use the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include a brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days. We're a small team, but we take every message seriously and we'll always get back to you.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly — and we'd genuinely rather sort it with you than go through a dispute process. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may affect your ability to purchase from us in future.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
