Digital Products
All ebooks and downloadable resources are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your download link within minutes of completing your order.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it — sometimes the inbox gatekeepers are a little overzealous.
If you still haven't received your file within 1 hour of purchase, contact us at mindyouhealth@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Physical Products
MindYOU° may expand into physical products in the future. When that happens, this policy will be updated to include:

- Shipping carriers and tracking information
- International shipping availability and costs

For now, all orders are digital — so no shipping costs, no delays, no faff.
